Cancellation Policy
For One-Time Services:
- You may cancel a one-time service order within 1 hour of placing the order if service delivery has not yet commenced.
- Once the work has started or files have been shared, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For Subscription Services:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard.
- Canceling a subscription will stop future billings, but services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
One-Time Services:
- Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe and no valid reason was provided.
- The service delivered was not as described and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
- No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind after service delivery has begun.
Subscription Services:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
